This workshop will take place outdoors surrounded by each other and nature. We will begin with a sitting meditation, which will lead us into movement meditation.
We will stay rooted in a meditative space, eyes staying soft to hold a focus on inner self, and create a sense of privacy. By suspending self-criticism and being in the present state, we will have opportunity to open all senses. By staying entered in this place, we will ignite intuition and exploration of boundaries between art, meditation and ordinary life. We will embody, share and write of our experience. Please wear comfortable clothing.
